Good Works ProjectsIntroduced in 2013, our Good Works projects are altruistic collaborations of creative souls (like us) willing to give of their time, talents, and any profits to help improve our world. These projects are funded solely by any sales from American Society: What Poets See, our first project. To purchase a title or see its beneficiary, hover over its cover—an affiliate link will take you to Amazon, where you can choose the paperback or Kindle edition. With the Good Works projects, we give struggling authors a way to submit their work without the necessary evil of reading fees. For this reason, the press only gives contributors a copy of the first Kindle edition in which their work appears; with proof of timely paperback purchase, contributors are entitled to a 60% rebate on the list price. Clearly, the more copies purchased at full price, the more we can donate to worthy causes. FutureCycle Press has made donations to the Malala Fund, Friends of the Earth, Action Against Hunger, and the ACLU for sales of Malala: Poems for Malala Yousafzai, Weatherings, Kentucky Review, and Good Works Review, respectively.
